We are not responsible for delays due to Customs. Please be prepared to pay local duties and taxes on your items, it is your responsibility to find out the rules and regulations for your country. We prepare Customs forms with accurate information. If your package is unclaimed by you and returned to us by your Customs Office, any fees incurred will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

1. In-Stock Items We do our best to ship in-stock items within 1–2 business days. Some in-stock items may have a delayed shipping time, which will be clearly shown on the product page before you place your order. These items may ship from warehouses outside our main facility. If there are any delays or if your order exceeds the promised ship date, we will notify you by email.
2. Back-Ordered / Out-of-Stock Items Some out-of-stock items can still be purchased. They will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page. You will receive an email update once your order ships.

At Total Watch Repair, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unbent, unsoiled, unmarked, unscratched, with no missing parts, and unopened if originally sealed.
• We strongly recommend using tracking for returns. Total Watch Repair is not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the error was made by Total Watch Repair.
• Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. We aim to process returns and exchanges within 24–48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Special order watch bands are non-returnable.
• If returning an item that originally qualified for free shipping, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
• For exchanges, a $6 reshipment fee will apply.
• If you return an item that was shipped as part of a free promotion, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If you are exchanging an item a reship charge of $3.50 will be applied.

How to Process a Return

1. Include a copy of your invoice and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and specify the correct size or item if exchanging).
2. Securely package the item in a plain box or padded envelope.

Return Process

• If you are not fully satisfied, returns are accepted for 30 days from order date.
• There is no restocking fee, Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Product must be in the condition it was received in - "As New" condition - product cannot be worn, bent out of shape, soiled, marked, scratched, or missing pieces.
• Tracking is recommended for return items. TotalWatchRepair is not responsible for products that have not been received.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping (except if product is defective or the mistake is on behalf of TotalWatchRepair).
• Refunds are issued upon receiving the returned items every effort is made to process returns and exchanges within 24-48 hrs.
• Customized watch bands must be paid in full and are not returnable for any reason what so ever.
• If you return an item that was shipped as part of a free promotion, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If you are exchanging an item a reship charge of $3.50 will be applied.
