Total Watch Repair services and repairs over 60 of the top brand watches, and clocks from all over the nation. To send your timepiece for service or repair, and to expedite the process, please follow the instructions below.

1.) Download and Complete the Service Request Form

To send your timepiece in for service please click the button below and fill out the corresponding Watch Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the Address listed below, or bring it into one of the stores.

Print Service Form

Please Include the Following Information:

• Your name or a contact name
• Full shipping address, including any department number 
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Brief description of repairs needed
• Completed Watch Repair Request Form
• Please do not send the ‘gift’ box your watch came in as it will not be returned with the item

2.) Contact and Delivery Confirmation

• Allow 24-48 hours for a Total Watch Repair representative to contact you regarding the estimate for repair.
