At Total Watch Repair, we stand behind our maintenance services 100% and are dedicated to your satisfaction and loyalty, that's why we provide a 1 YEAR warranty on all movement service and battery replacement repairs! The warranty begins as soon as your watch returns from our repair facility. If a problem arises with your watch during the 1 YEAR period following our initial services, we will repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution.

Total Watch Repair warranty does not cover parts we did not service. The warranty covers replacement parts and actions related to services rendered; our guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, negligence, or accidents. This warranty does not cover moisture or water damage if the timepiece is a non-water-resistant model, nor if the timepiece was not pressure certified by our watchmakers.

Total Watch Repair is not responsible for any watches that are resealed/pressure tested and passed a water test as there are many variables beyond our control. 

In order to obtain warranty service, you will be required to submit the original repair number and an invoice of work executed. You will also need to submit the previously repaired watch to Total Watch Repair for evaluation by our watchmaker. Should all the conditions of this warranty be met, your timepiece will be promptly repaired and shipped back to you!
