Repair Introduction: The customer submitted a Raymond Weil timepiece for repair due to the stem/crown being completely missing, likely as a result of it getting snagged on a sweater. The absence of the stem/crown caused significant damage to the internal components of the timepiece. Regrettably, we informed the customer that a movement replacement was necessary. Subsequently, we proceeded to replace the movement, stem/crown, gaskets, conducted a water pressure test, and performed an ultrasonic cleaning. The entire repair process was successfully concluded within a period of 2 to 3 weeks.
