Repair Introduction: The watch sustained damage when our customer accidentally bumped it at their workplace, resulting in a damaged crystal and dislodged markers within the timepiece. At the customer's request, we also provided a thorough polishing and ultrasonic cleaning of the watch while it was in for repairs. The entire repair process was successfully concluded within a period of 1-2 weeks.
