Repair Introduction: A customer submitted a Marc Ecko watch for band repair. Inside one of the links, a broken pin was identified, necessitating soldering to mend the band. Additionally, we tailored a custom link for the band as per the customer's request. To complete the service, the customer also requested an ultrasonic cleaning and a battery replacement. The entire repair process was successfully executed within a timeframe of 1 to 2 weeks.
