We are not responsible for delays due to Customs. Please be prepared to pay local duties and taxes on your items, it is your responsibility to find out the rules and regulations for your country. We prepare Customs forms with accurate information. If your package is unclaimed by you and returned to us by your Customs Office, any fees incurred will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Total Watch Repair, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unbent, unsoiled, unmarked, unscratched, with no missing parts, and unopened if originally sealed.
  • We strongly recommend using tracking for returns. Total Watch Repair is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the error was made by Total Watch Repair.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. We aim to process returns and exchanges within 24–48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Special order watch bands are non-returnable.
  • If returning an item that originally qualified for free shipping, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • For exchanges, a $6 reshipment fee will apply.

How to Process a Return

  1. Include a copy of your invoice and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and specify the correct size or item if exchanging).
  2. Securely package the item in a plain box or padded envelope.
