Replace Crystal on Raymond Weil Watch

1) Open case back, disengage stem/crown from the mechanism, remove the mechanism.

2) Put new crystal on top of crystal gasket, snap in place with pressure using watch closing tool.

3) Dust off crystal and movement, re-lubricate gaskets, put back together..
