Total Watch Repair performs a wide variety of services on quartz,
mechanical, and digital watches. Here's a brief list of our top watch repair services:
A watch overhaul is a comprehensive service that involves disassembling the watch movement, cleaning each component, replacing worn or damaged parts, lubricating key areas, and reassembling the movement to ensure optimal performance. This process is crucial for maintaining the accuracy, longevity, and reliability of your timepiece. Regular overhauls not only restore the watch to its original functionality but also help prevent costly repairs in the future, preserving the value and lifespan of your watch.
A broken watch crystal can make your timepiece unwearable, but Total Watch Repair is here to help with expert crystal replacements! We offer a wide selection of options, including manufacturer-issued crystals, durable acrylic, mineral glass, and scratch-resistant sapphire crystals. Looking for something unique? Our skilled professionals can craft a custom watch crystal tailored specifically to your timepiece. No matter the type of crystal, we’ll restore your watch to its original elegance and functionality
A watch crown is a small knob located on the side of the watch case, used to control several essential functions. It allows the wearer to set the time and, in many cases, adjust other features such as the date or additional time zones. In mechanical watches, the crown is also used for winding the movement to provide power.
The pusher buttons on a chronograph watch are located on the side of the case, typically above and below the crown, and are used to operate the chronograph (stopwatch) function. The top pusher generally starts and stops the timer, while the bottom pusher resets the chronograph hands to their original position. If you have a nonfunctional pusher, send your watch to TWR!
At TWR, we ensure that your waterproof or water-resistant watch performs as promised. Water pressure testing is essential whenever the watch case is opened for inspection or repairs. For all watches labeled as water-resistant or waterproof, we automatically conduct a water pressure test to confirm their durability and reliability.
Don’t want to purchase a new watch band? Let us restore your existing one! Whether your strap has a broken link, a damaged pin, or a faulty clasp, our expert technicians can repair it with precision and care. From fixing minor issues to replacing defective components, we’ll make your watch strap as good as new, saving you the cost of a full replacement.
We specialize in restoring your bracelet’s original finish using top-of-the-line equipment designed for both polishing and satin-finishing. Whether your timepiece is crafted from stainless steel, gold, or platinum, our expert refinishing process will rejuvenate its shine and luster. Once completed, your watch will look as stunning as it did when it was new, allowing you to wear it with confident pride and admiration.
Occasionally, the hands or numerals on a watch can become loose inside the case, often as a result of impact, wear over time, or a manufacturing defect. When this happens, it can interfere with the movement, preventing the watch from functioning properly. Our skilled technicians can securely reattach the loose hands or numerals, and ensure they are functioning as intended. With our expert repair services, your watch will be restored to perfect working order, allowing you to enjoy it without worry.
Over time, the paint finish and luminosity on a watch dial can fade, chip or wear out due to exposure to light, moisture, and everyday wear. This can result in a dull appearance or diminished readability, especially in low-light conditions. At TWR, we specialize in restoring your watch dial to its original condition. Our skilled technicians can carefully refresh the paint and reapply luminous material, bringing back the vibrant colors and bright glow, so your watch looks as good as new and remains fully functional in any lighting.
