It started out as a hobby at age 15. Raul began repairing watches in his small neighborhood in Guatemala. A skill that was taught and passed on to him by his father, a love and passion for watch repair that has been in his family for many generations. In college, Raul went on to study Industrial Mechanical Engineering, where some of his projects involved taking apart very sensitive and complex analytical instruments. During his time in college, his skills were polished and perfected. This background makes him uniquely qualified in resolving problems that may arise in complex watch repair, a skill that is not always taught in mainstream watch repair schools. Eventually after college, Raul went back to what his true passion is, repairing watches. And in 1990 he joined our company.

Raul's talent, experience and strong work ethic have made him one of the most trusted and respected watch technicians in the greater Los Angeles community. With over 75,000 watch repairs and a less then 1% come back rate, Raul has established a portfolio of thousands of satisfied customers. He has had the opportunity to repair some of the worlds finest time pieces and he constantly strives to advance his education in the field.
