    We ship all watch repair and watch products in-stock items the same or next business day.
    Orders received prior to 3:00 pm, Pacific Time are shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays)
    Orders received after 3:00 pm, Pacific Time are shipped the next business day.
    Your order will be shipped once payment is approved and billing/shipping street address and zip code is verified with your credit card company. For your and our protection, orders must be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate shipping address.

    Out-of-Stock Items: We stock over 120,000 watch bands, however, if an ordered item is discovered to be out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.

    When you will receive your order depends on several factors:
    If you selected the free shipping option, your order will be sent by UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail. The delivery time will take from one day to about one week depending how far from Southern California your delivery address is.

    If you select the 2nd Day Air option, your package will be sent by UPS Second Day Air or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. It will arrive in two business days after we ship the package.

    If you select the Next Day option, your package will be sent by UPS Next Day Air or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. It will arrive in the next business day after we ship the package.

    Discounted shipping rates are:

    GROUND 1-5 business days (Contiguous US) - $4.95, and FREE for order over $75.00
    TWO business days (US only) - $10.00, and FREE for orders over $300.00
    NEXT business day (US only) - $35.00, and FREE for orders over $800.00

    ALL SHIPPING, HANDLING, and INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Note**If you really must receive your order by a specific date, please contact us via email or call toll-free 877-805-9988 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Pacific Time) to confirm that the shipping method you select will get your order to you in time.
